The short version
Because every Checkup is personalized for your business, purchases become non-refundable once your analysis begins.
When your analysis is considered started
Your analysis begins when you confirm your business and submit the Checkup questions. At that point we start reviewing your online visibility, website, lead capture, response process, and follow-up systems, and the work is specific to your business.
Before your analysis begins
If you have paid but have not yet started your Checkup, email us and we will refund your $97 in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If something goes wrong on our side
If a technical failure prevents your report from being produced, or you were charged more than once for the same Checkup, contact us and we will correct it. We would rather fix the problem than keep money for something you did not receive.
No obligation to buy more
The report is yours to use as you see fit, including with your own team or another provider. Nothing in this policy requires you to purchase additional services from Wonder System AI.
